Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas or a compact state license that permits practice in Texas
• Experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing setting
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
