Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred or required per facility screening
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• All required credentials must be active and available at submission
• Must be able to complete orientation testing successfully
• Open background or license issues are not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult med/surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions safely and accurately
• Perform ongoing assessments, document patient status, and communicate updates to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Prioritize care for multiple patients while maintaining strong clinical judgment
• Deliver compassionate bedside care and support a positive patient experience
