**Join Our Dynamic MS/Tele RN Team!** - **Assignment Length:** Choose between 13 Weeks or 26 Weeks - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift Options:** - 3x12 or 4x12 Night Shifts (traveler's choice) - **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year - **First Timers Accepted:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **Skills Required:** As per unit director (UD) specifications - **On-call Requirements:** No on-call needed - **Weekend Requirements:** More frequent coverage than every other weekend may be required, based on staffing needs - **Floating Policies:** May float within scope to meet facility needs - **Block Schedule:** Not open to accommodating block schedules - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted — permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility - **Pending License:** Accepted, but must have AK RN license in hand for auto offer - **RTO Restrictions:** Requests for time off will be considered individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal - **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours every 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks **Unit Information:** - **Care Model:** Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model utilized - **Patient Ratios:** - Bedside RN and CNA: 1:6 - **Virtual RN Role:** Supports bedside nurses with tasks such as admission education, discharge processes, care plans, CIWA, and more - **Patient Conditions:** - Surgical: Colorectal, Urological, Gynecological, Vascular, EENT, Wound - Medical: Cancer, Lung and Heart diseases, Diabetes, Dementia, Substance Use Disorder **Facility Highlights:** - **Type:** Acute Hospital - **Recognition:** Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska - **Total Staffed Beds:** 407 - **Charting System:** Epic - **Parking:** Free parking available **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
