Orientation Testing: ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments administered during orientation (passing score required).
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg / Telemetry nursing experience.
Certifications: Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required at submittal.
Licensure: Active Permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand.
