Join a leading acute-care hospital in Cleveland, OH, as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential care and support to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. With a contract duration of 18 weeks, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care during the winter months.

The position requires flexibility, as you may float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population. While the facility will do its best to honor your preferred shift, please note that shifts may be variable to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Requirements:

• 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry specialty.
• Current Ohio RN license or Compact State license required.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
