Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic experience.

Details

  • Hospital-based position within the Nursing Float Pool
  • Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population
  • 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days and nights (7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p)
  • 36 hours per week
  • Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required in hand
  • BLS certification (AHA) required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care within a hospital float pool setting
  • Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
  • Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
  • Only 3 days of time off approved during the assignment
  • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
  • Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
