Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care within float pool Med/Tele units, supporting medicine, surgical, hematology/oncology, and more.
• Ensure flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient care needs, including every other weekend.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, floating to various units as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation standards, ensuring complete and accurate records.
• Utilize Epic EMR system proficiently, based on recent experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure; must be on file at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant unit experience in a large, teaching facility.
• Previous travel nursing experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory prior to start.
• Strong proficiency with the Epic EMR system within the past 2 years.
• Reliable transportation is necessary due to area limitations on public transit.
