Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a float pool position requiring strong telemetry skills and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Float pool position at a hospital, floating between Med/Surg Tele units, PCU, ICU, and ED to care for medsurg boarders
• 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days and nights
• Works every other weekend
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Requires strong telemetry experience for use across multiple units

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to medsurg boarder patients across multiple hospital units including PCU, ICU, and ED
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not considered
• All previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
