Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a Float Pool position requiring MA licensure, Epic experience, and prior travel experience.

Details

• Float Pool position within a hospital setting, supporting Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• Floating required across units as needed

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients as part of a float pool team
• Pass/fail Tele/ECG and medication competency testing required
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• No more than 3 days of requested time off allowed, and no holiday RTO will be approved
