Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg-Neuro RN for a Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, requiring 2+ years of neuro med surg/tele acute care experience.

Details

• Neurosurgery/Neurology unit specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of intractable seizure disorders
• Med Surg/Tele setting caring for neurology and neurosurgery patients
• Day shift 12-hour schedule, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Orientation occurs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg/Tele acute care experience required
• Experience caring for neurology patients required
• Experience at a comparable facility size required (500+ bed facility experience for this position)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
