Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and 2+ years of experience with previous travel assignments.

Details

• Float Pool position within a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 8-week assignment length
• Float required across units without a set home unit
• Requires Epic EMR experience

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical telemetry nursing care while floating between units as needed
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
• No more than three days of requested time off will be approved, and no holiday time off will be approved during this assignment
• Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
