Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and strong telemetry experience.

Details

• Float Pool position covering multiple Medical-Surgical Telemetry units
• 12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Nights), 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Weekly orientations provided

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience required
• Strong telemetry experience required for float assignments across multiple units
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across multiple Medical-Surgical Telemetry units as part of the float pool team
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved and no holiday RTO will be granted
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
• Requires COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine, with medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
