Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This position provides comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and working collaboratively within a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple units, including Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry.
• Utilize Epic systems efficiently in documentation and patient care management.
• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work night shifts, totaling between 36 to 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
  • Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required
