Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a day-shift acute care position requiring at least 2 years of experience with 1 year recent in specialty.

Details

• Work in a hospital acute care setting across various Med/Surg and telemetry units, including Heart/Stroke, Pulmonary, Oncology, and Subintensive Medical units
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Meditech EMR

Requirements

• Active AL state or compact RN license required (no pending or temporary licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year recent experience in specialty
• No history of license disciplinary actions, past or current
• Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide acute care nursing services across multiple Med/Surg and telemetry units
• All RNs required to complete an online pre-test and onsite skills test prior to starting
• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no mileage restrictions
