Specialty: M/S Tele Shift: 3x12s Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Call Requirements: NONE ( we don’t schedule them to be on-call; but we can flex their scheduled shifts to an on call shift as needed twice in their contract • Required Certifications: ACLS • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: floating to other units (IMC, ED) in the hospital is an expectation Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience ; can handle 6 patient ratio; Travel experience • Preferred Skillset/Experience: at least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus; • Type of Patients on Unit: total joint patients; surgical patients; ACS; pts with acute on chronic medical conditions like CHF, CKD; alcohol withdrawal; SIRS; GIB; • Personality Fit: compassionate, positive, can-do attitude • Required Education: ADN
