Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg-Tele position requiring 2+ years of experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a fast-paced, 25-bed Med Surg/Tele unit
• Care for Inpatient, Observation and Swing bed patients
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours), 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating to other units required
• CPSI EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active RN license (KY or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience required, 3 years preferred
• Community hospital and LTAC experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within a Med Surg/Tele unit
