**Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN: MS/TELE!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC - **Shifts:** 7A - 7:30P - **Orientation:** Bi-weekly - **Upcoming Start Dates:** 7/6, 7/20, 8/3 **About Wilson, NC:** - 45 miles east of Raleigh - 2 hours from the beautiful NC coast - 1 hour from prestigious universities: Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and East Carolina University - 15 min drive to scenic Lake Wilson - Home to historic Fleming Stadium **Unit Profile:** - **Floor:** Telemetry - **Number of Openings:** 6 - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Weekend Hours:** 12 hours (Every other or Every Third weekend) - **Call Requirements:** No - **Required Certifications:** BLS/ACLS - **Years of Experience:** 1.5+ years - **Float Requirements:** Yes **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 22 - **Patient Ratios:** 5:1 or 6:1 - **Equipment:** Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift with weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, Baxter IV pumps - **EHR:** Meditech EMR - **Supervisor:** Clinical Staff Lead or Charge Nurse - **Patient Population:** Adult and geriatric **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** EKG interpretation and critical thinking - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Manage discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge - **Common Diagnosis/Treatment:** CHF, CP, ARF, COPD, Uncontrolled diabetics, CKD, Post Cardiac Cath care - **Personality Fit:** Team-oriented and flexible - **Required Education:** Associate degree, BSN preferred **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Not assigned - **Unacceptable Attire:** Artificial Nails **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
