Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, South Carolina.

Float: Occasional
RTO: Not allowed after booking or to be worked out onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients.
- Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Start IVs and provide telemetry monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
- Follow patient safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications & Certifications
- 2 years of RN experience required
- BLS required
- IV Start experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Must pass EKG testing before start

- Scheduling: Self-scheduling based on unit needs and Nurse Manager input
- Block Scheduling: Requests reviewed case-by-case
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Systems: EPIC, Pyxis, SBAR
- Scrubs: Navy Blue or White
- Locals: Accepted
- 48 Hours: Available
