Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in required facility orientation activities, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments
- Rotate holiday coverage as required, working at minimum every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
- No open background or license hits; all background findings are subject to facility review
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility location
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated compliance in high-volume health systems
