**Exciting Travel RN Med-Surg Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 13 Weeks - Location: Portsmouth, NH - Unit: 3rd Medical - Number of Beds: 36 - Patient Ratios: 1:6, occasional 1:7 during surge - Staffing: - Day shift: Unit Secretary - Both shifts: LNA’s available - Equipment: Telemetry - Documentation System: Meditech Expanse - Scheduling: - 3 - 12 hour shifts - Every other weekend - Rotating holidays - Floating Policy: Float to same level of care - Patient Experience Requirements: - Bedside Shift Report - Hourly Safety Rounding - Personal Connections **Qualifications:** - 2 Years Experience in a Hospital Setting Required - Active RN License at Submission - BLS Certification Required - IV Certification Required **Unit Highlights:** - Advanced Skills Needed: IV Certified - Procedures Performed: - CBI - Wound Care - Drain Management (chest tubes, Jackson Pratt, etc.) - Foley Insertion - Central Line Dressing Changes - Telemetry Monitoring - EKGs PRN - Dress Code: Scrubs (any color) **What Makes This Opportunity Special?** - Self-scheduling available - Leadership ensures balanced schedules - Advanced technology and equipment on-site - Talented and experienced staff supporting each other **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
