Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg position on a Telemetry Unit requiring 2 years of Med/Surg experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30)
• Every other weekend required, with consideration for every third weekend
• Every other holiday required
• Uses Epic EMR
• May be required to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current license and Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience preferred
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
