Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• At least 2 years of recent experience in one clinical setting
• At least 2 years of travel RN experience preferred
• Strong telemetry nursing skills and ability to accurately interpret telemetry strips
• Experience with neuro assessments and medical-surgical nursing care
• Ability to work night shift and stay flexible in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Comfort floating to applicable units when needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for orthopedic, neuro, fracture, and medical overflow patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including focused neuro checks
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
• Document nursing care accurately in EPIC
• Support patient flow and adapt to rotating or changing assignment needs when required
• Maintain patient safety, professionalism, and strong communication throughout every shift
