Med/Surg Telemetry RN

Job Requirements 

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for required.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License must be in hand at the time of submission.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to start.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• One recent reference from a Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), Supervisor, or Director in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
• Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with an acceptable passing score.
• Traveler must be available to work at least every other holiday.
