Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least one year of specialty experience.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio permanent or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (NIHSS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required; co-worker references not accepted
• No open background check cases or license hits accepted

Additional Information

• Will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to pass
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Expected to work every other holiday
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals within 1 year of their previous end date
