Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital where you'll care for Med Surg, Telemetry, and occasional PCU patients in a fast-paced adaptive acuity environment.

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 (PCU care 1:3 when needed)
Charge Differential Available
✅ Requirements
Active Vermont RN License or Compact License
BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
2+ years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED)
PCU experience strongly required
IV drip experience required (including Insulin, Esmolol, and Sodium drips)
Minimum 3 months of travel experience
Must have your own vehicle
Willing to float to inpatient units within scope of practice
Patient Care

Adaptive Acuity Unit with occasional PCU-level care
Drip management
Charge responsibilities required
