Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 18 months of recent Med-Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Licensure & Certifications: Active Permanent Ohio or Compact RN license in hand; active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Submission Rules: Requires a Standard Qualivis coversheet, all RTO upfront, and one manager/supervisor reference from the past 12 months.
