**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Med/Surg Telemetry Staff RN!** **Job Description:** - Provide direct patient care with a focus on developing individualized care plans. - Assess patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and monitor outcomes closely. - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. - Deliver patient education, health counseling, and effective discharge planning. - Practice within the Ohio RN scope of practice and uphold nursing standards. - Recognize and respond to patient complications and changes in condition swiftly. - Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care. - Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. - Report directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership. **Ideal Candidate:** - Active RN license. - 3+ years of experience in a similar role. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Experience in providing patient-centered care while managing multiple priorities. - Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional nursing standards. - Nurse to patient ratio of 1:5, flexed to 1:6, with care for patients from therapy to PCU levels. - Day Shift: 7am - 7pm; 36 hours per week with every other weekend off. **Requirements:** - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS. - Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis preferred, but training is available. - Training available for HARP/CPI as well. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
