Location: Iowa
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW)
Holidays: Every other holiday (EOH)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg/Tele patients.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments.
Assess patient conditions and report changes.
Manage IVs, medications, and other nursing interventions.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Follow hospital policies and patient-safety standards.
Requirements:
Active Iowa RN license or compact RN license.
BLS certification.
Med/Surg and Tele experience.
Strong cardiac monitoring/telemetry skills.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday.
