Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift hospital position requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.

Details

• Hospital setting on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 1 year combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the specialty, from an assignment worked in the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required with medical/religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to pass
• Expected to work every other holiday
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Background check hits are reviewed, but open cases and any license hits will not be accepted
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
