Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring an active NV RN license and prior travel experience.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule
• 13-week contract length with no blocked scheduling permitted
• Uses Epic for charting, with training available during orientation or a test-out option

Requirements

• Active NV RN license required
• AHA-issued BLS and other required certifications only accepted
• CPI certification required for Behavioral/Psych patients
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty required
• Minimum one recent 13-week travel assignment within the past year required prior to consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Coverage required for a minimum of 2 major holidays
• RTO requests must be submitted with the application and will not be added to the end of the contract
• Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Returning travelers must have a 13-week break after completing a prior contract before reapplying
• First-time travelers are not eligible for consideration for this position
