Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a Nursing Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic experience.

Details

• Work within the Nursing Float Pool at a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry specialty
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p
• 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical care with telemetry monitoring across a float pool assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius as local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
• No separation period required for travelers to submit to open BILH orders
• Only 3 days of requested time off will be approved during the assignment
