Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to working in a dynamic environment.
Shift Information
Three 12-hour night shifts
36 or 48 hour work weeks
Every other weekend and holiday work required as needed
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Assist with post-operative care and management of orthopedic patients.
Float to various Medical-Surgical units as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical nursing experience is required.
Experience caring for post-operative patients is mandatory.
Prior experience in orthopedic nursing is required.
Telemetry experience is essential.
Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.
Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly favored.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current at the time of submission.
Must have a valid Massachusetts RN license.
Candidate must have their own vehicle.
Additional Information
This position requires flexibility, including the ability to float between units as needed.
