Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a float pool position requiring 2+ years of telemetry experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Float pool position within a hospital setting
• May float between all Med/Surg Tele units, PCU, ICU, and ED to care for medsurg boarders
• 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days and nights
• Every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience required
• Strong telemetry experience required due to multi-unit utilization
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing

Additional Information

• Care for medsurg boarders and patients across multiple unit types as needed
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered for this role
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Previous travel experience is not required for consideration
