Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30pm | 9AM-5PM| 10AM-690| 5day a week| 37.5Hr per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care and administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will assist physicians, manage patient flow, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care tasks such as:
• Vital signs, EKGs, and venipuncture
• Assisting patients with mobility, dressing, and procedures
• Collecting and processing specimens
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
• Handle clerical duties including:
• Managing medical records and documentation
• Scheduling appointments and updating patient information
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure sterilization standards
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
