Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team at a well-established long-term care / assisted living facility in Hampton, NH. This is a 10-week contract with guaranteed full-time hours, ideal for caregivers who are passionate about providing high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Support residents with meals and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff
Requirements- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or caregiver preferred
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently (3 PM – 11 PM)
