Pay rate: $25-$29/hour. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: 4/10s – Wednesdays off.
Travel: Potentially support the Seattle, WA 98115 Clinic on Thursdays.
Job Description:- Room pediatric patients and prepare exam rooms for provider visits.
- Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, medical history, medications, allergies, and chief complaints in the EMR.
- Administer vaccines and injections according to pediatric immunization schedules and office protocols.
- Perform hearing tests and vision screenings and accurately document results.
- Conduct CLIA-waived testing as ordered by providers and record results appropriately.
- Manage provider in-basket tasks including patient messages, refill requests, lab communications, and follow-up coordination.
- Process and complete patient forms, school forms, immunization records, and related documentation.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures as needed.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms and clinical supplies.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Must have qualifications/experience:- Currently active, Washington state MA-C/ MA-R Certification.
- 1 year + experience as an MA (preferred, not required).
- Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
