• Greet patients at front desk with a warm welcome
• Masterfully handle scheduling to keep the clinic flowing
• Room patients efficiently for seamless provider visits
• Support both front and back office as needed with registration expertise
• Assist in asthma and allergy care in this ambulatory setting

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• MA-C certification required
• BLS (AHA) and Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA
• Front desk, scheduling, and clinic rooming skills a must

• Front desk operations
• Patient scheduling
• Clinic rooming procedures
• Patient registration experience
• EPIC charting proficiency

• Supportive clinic team led by Ashley Malhi
• 12 hours of unit-specific orientation
• EPIC charting system for smooth workflows
• No weekends, holidays, call, or floating
• Scrub or formal attire options
• Ambulatory setting with flexible front/back office support
