• This is a temp-to-hire contract position; only candidates interested in converting to permanent staff will be considered
• Full-time pay rate upon conversion is approximately $21–$22/hour

Work Locations

• Primary Location: Limerick, PA
• Secondary Location (as needed): Phoenixville, PA
• Candidates must be able to commute to both locations in 30 minutes or less

Schedule

• Week 1: Training schedule of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Week 2 and beyond: Rotating schedule
• Shift hours generally range from 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM depending on the day
• Requires availability to work one evening per week until 7:00 PM, on either a Monday or Tuesday
• Requires one Saturday shift per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, at the Phoenixville location

Rotation A:

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Rotation B:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients
• Patient calls
• Booking appointments
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of CMA experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• EPIC experience is a plus

Interview Process

• In-person interview will be conducted at either the Limerick or Phoenixville location

Compliance Requirements

• Compliance documentation is due on the Wednesday before the start date
• Candidates must be ready to begin the compliance process immediately upon accepting the offer
• Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the offer
• Candidates who do not start compliance requirements within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be able to commute to both practice locations within 30 minutes
• Candidate must bring their own stethoscope if hired
• Must be available to work Monday and/or Tuesday evenings until 7:00 PM
