Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support to providers and patients within the Wray Specialty Clinics.
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, medical histories, documentation, and preparation for examinations.
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms and ensure appropriate supplies and equipment are available.
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical activities within the scope of practice.
- Support patient care across multiple specialty clinics, including:
- Cardiology
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Oncology
- ENT
- Ophthalmology
- Allergy & Asthma
- Neurology
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain clean and organized clinical areas and ensure supplies are appropriately stocked.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
