- SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-430pm
- Responsibilities:
- MA DUTIES: Room patients, patient calls, booking appts, other responsibilities as assigned.
- Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars.
- Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation.
- Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation.
- Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence.
- Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems.
- Maintain accurate patient information and records.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
