This is a field-based Medical Assistant role focused on preventive care, care-gap support, patient relationships, and accurate documentation — not urgent care. You'll visit patients in their homes for wellness-focused appointments such as Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare wellness visits, and Well-Child Visits.
Home visits begin in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with travel extending throughout Pennsylvania based on business and patient coverage needs. Schedules are typically provided about 2 weeks in advance, including where you'll be going, when visits are scheduled, and how long visits are expected to last.
For local or same-day visits, you may use your own reliable vehicle, with eligible mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile.
For extended travel assignments within Pennsylvania, covered travel expenses may include transportation, car rental when needed, hotel, and meals.
The expected total compensation range is USD 31 Hourly.
You'll be successful in this role if you can combine strong Medical Assistant fundamentals with the independence needed for mobile care. You'll help patients complete important preventive visits, support better health outcomes, and bring care to people who may not otherwise access it easily.
