Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced 30-bed Medical ICU setting
• Manage a complex patient population including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, and status epilepticus
• Care for patients experiencing encephalopathy, alcohol use/abuse, and substance abuse
• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-acuity critical care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilators and drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing patients with Type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease in a critical care environment
• Background in high-volume, fast-paced ICU settings
