Job Summary:
The ICU Medical Nursing specialty position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized care in an intensive care unit environment, requiring a minimum of two years of experience in ICU nursing. The successful candidate will must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), have experience with EPIC electronic health record systems, and previous travel or contract experience. The position requires working all three shifts in a week and includes a weekend of the week (EOW) commitment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including BSN degree, EPIC experience, and minimum of two years ICU nursing experience. Valid licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel or contract nursing experience preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work all three shifts within a week to accommodate scheduling requests. RTO (Return to Office) requests must be compatible with shift coverage and scheduling needs. Qualified applicants should be prepared to demonstrate proficiency in ICU nursing practices and protocols in a fast-paced environment.
