Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Aberdeen, WA
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day Shift (5x8)
Experience Required: 2 Years
Pay Rate: $1400 to $1680 per week

As an MLT, you’ll be the detective behind the scenes—running tests, analyzing samples, and helping clinicians make accurate diagnoses (no magnifying glass required, but attention to detail is a must).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Follow quality control procedures and lab safety protocols
- Prepare and process specimens for testing
- Document and report results in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent MLT experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
