Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical laboratory experience.
Proficiency in chemistry, hematology, and blood banking protocols.
Current BLS certification.
Ability to work independently during night shift operations.
