Description: This position involves data collection and laboratory procedures. The laboratory has a capacity of 200 beds with 34 staff members. Staffing includes supervisors and generalists across different shifts. Equipment utilized includes Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, and Werfen. The electronic medical records (EMR) system is in place. The typical hiring profile seeks adaptable candidates who are team players. Candidates without required skills will not be considered. Preferred qualifications include generalist experience. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided during the onboarding process. Alternating weekends may be required.
