Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - $1,686 per week in Lincoln, ME

Penobscot Valley Hospital, a critical access hospital in Lincoln Maine, is seeking qualified MT or MLT for 13 week assignment.

• Must have graduated from an approved program; 3-12 hour shifts (after 1st week of training). Rotate weekends (usually every 5th weekend); no call; Fill in Thursday night shift and can pick up vacancies if not filled with regular staff; Microbiology preferred and if not gram stains, planting cultures, blood cultures a must.
• Must be proficient in phlebotomy.
• Must be able to do Blood Bank testing
• Will work holidays as needed (done on a rotating basis)
• Be proficient with Covid regulations (PPE, isolation rooms, etc)
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work alone.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently
