Job Description
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.
- Collect patient specimens, including venipuncture and capillary blood draws.
- Analyze and report laboratory results accurately and efficiently.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
