Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - $1,780 per week in Salt Lake City, UT

Job Title: Medical Technologist Profession: Medical Technologist Specialty: Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: MLS or MLT certification Certifications: ASCP certification Must-Have: Candidates must have ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist. Experience with point of care testing is essential. Description: Medical Lab Scientist needed for a laboratory position. The candidate will perform point of care testing. Willingness to perform clerical duties as assigned by nursing and lab director is required. Candidates will work 7 days on and 7 days off. The unit has a collaborative environment with various staff members. Typical procedures include point of care testing and other supportive laboratory tasks. Candidates without the required ASCP certification will not be considered for the role. Candidates with knowledge of point of care testing will be given priority. The work involves supporting the operations of the lab effectively. A strong team player with good interpersonal skills is preferred.
