Description: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Scientist. This position involves performing laboratory tests and analyses. The candidate will exhibit proficiency in various laboratory techniques. Previous experience in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, and serology is essential. Familiarity with general laboratory practices and quality control measures is required. The candidate must be able to collect and process specimens effectively. Experience with charting systems is mandatory. Knowledge of blood bank procedures is essential. Candidates should be able to float between departments as necessary. The position may require working during holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
